Budding Writer

B has decided he wants to now type his books. He has been writing stories(well I wrote them for him before he could write) since he was about 4. There are tons of his scribblings all over my house. I try to contain them but to no avail. So he told me he wanted to type is stories now. Well we get to my mothers and used her computer since she keeps him while I work. We open a word doc,name it and explained how to save it.
Well he stared and it is slow going he is hunting and pecking. He said typing was too hard and he will do it this way for awhile. Now who Mr. Monk is I have no idea.But he can write all he wants he may be the next Clive Cussler or Nora Roberts. I don't care as long as he is happy.

Well before I mentioned that I was thinking bout writing a book well I have been writing down ideas and characters, histories and everything I can think of to get some idea of where my story could go. It is easy some days and excruciating others. I don't have all the mechanics yet but as one writer says if you wanna write you gotta write..so I am.

I know lots of authors have different ways of putting out a story. Plot, outline etc. I am going at it with the idea then filling in. I will have to let someone read it before I post anything.

I have been writing mostly on paper cause my computer has died a cruel and painful death. I need to purchase a new one but that will have to wait because I just had to buy a new washer/dryer. So no extra money this month and it is only the 2 of April.
